On October 18-22, I had the great honor of leading our North American juniors to the WPA World Junior Championships in Klagenfurt, Austria. This was my fourth trip as team leader and first time to experience any of our players on the podium. This year, we earned THREE medals! It’s still so surreal.

In my role as the U.S. Team Coach, I had the incredible opportunity to provide support and guidance to our team in a way that is indescribable. The enduring connections and relationships that these young athletes have forged during their pool journey, and on this trip are beyond measure, and I’m so grateful to be a small part of it. I’m already looking forward to next year’s event!
