Samm is a 4-time national billiard champion in both 8-ball and 9-ball. She’s a Master level instructor with the PBIA and ACS. She’s also a Senior Instructor with Billiard University. She’s also a third of the preeminent Billiard University Summer School Boot Camp team, alongside “Dr. Dave” Alciatore and Randy Russell. Many of her students have gone on to win local leagues/tournaments, as well as state championships. Her YouTube instructional videos have surpassed 500k views. She loves helping her students improve and she’s dedicated the past 20 years working with players of all ages and skill levels, from all over the world. She also enjoys teaching youth and senior billiard classes at the Denver Recreation Centers.

Samm has led the U.S. Junior Team to Germany and China to compete in the World Junior 9-Ball Championships. She also produced the Junior National 9-Ball Championships for five consecutive years as the Executive Director for the Billiard Education Foundation. In her final year, attendance reached a record 200+ young players representing 35 states.

Along with teaching, Samm has made appearances at dozens of Corporate and Private events, conducting clinics and team-bonding experiences, as well as taking challenge matches and performing artistic shows.

She’s promoted and directed major local and regional tournaments sizing 300+ players, and consulted on new billiard products and business development. She’s passionate about promoting the sport of billiards and loves meeting and working with new people.

Together with her husband, Marc Vidal, they are the official Diamond Billiard Table dealers for the Colorado and surrounding areas and have supplied tables for many of the commercial and home pool rooms around town. They also carry the top billiard brands that the pros use, selling only products they use and believe in.

Samm believes the importance of balancing business and pleasure. When she’s not teaching, exhibiting or promoting billiards, you can find her cooking or enjoying outdoor activities with her family. Her husband, Marc, can be found competing at many of the Professional Tournaments around the world. Together, they believe that a healthy mind and body is an important key to happiness.
